This Policy applies to fees for services offered by 91iD™. The plan or checkout page must disclose the price, identifier quantity, service period, taxes, maintenance/renewal charges and cancellation terms.
1. Delivery
A digital service may be treated as delivered when an account, identifier allocation, registration or purchased feature has been made available, subject to the product description and applicable law.
2. Cancellation
Request cancellation through the account controls, if available, or contact support at 91id.in. The checkout page should explain whether cancellation stops a future renewal. Cancellation does not automatically delete public registry records where retention is needed for integrity, fraud prevention or legal compliance.
3. Refund requests
Send the order/invoice number, date and reason to support at 91id.in. Requests will be reviewed under the disclosed plan terms and applicable law. Contact us promptly about duplicate or unauthorised charges.
4. Digital services and statutory rights
Where permitted by law and clearly disclosed before purchase, a fully delivered digital service or allocated identifier may not be refundable merely because a user changes their mind. This does not exclude refunds required by law or for services not supplied as promised.
5. Payment security
Payment providers may have separate terms. Never send full card details or OTPs by email. Billing support: support at 91id.in.
6. Before placing an order
Please review the plan description, number of identifiers included, validity period, renewal terms, applicable taxes and any maintenance charge displayed before confirming a paid order. If a checkout page, invoice or plan description conflicts with this Policy, contact support before relying on the conflicting information. No price or recurring charge should be inferred from a general statement when the specific plan does not disclose it.
7. Duplicate, failed or unauthorised payments
If you believe a payment was duplicated, debited without authorisation, or completed without the promised service being made available, contact support with the transaction reference, date and amount. Do not email card numbers, PINs, passwords or OTPs. We may coordinate with the payment provider to investigate and may ask for reasonable supporting information. Any refund required by law or the payment provider’s applicable rules will be handled accordingly.
8. Cancellation and record integrity
Where a plan includes renewal, the cancellation process and the point at which cancellation takes effect should be disclosed before purchase. Cancellation of a paid feature does not necessarily mean that a public identifier or historical audit record will be erased; retention may be necessary for registry integrity, security, dispute resolution or legal compliance. We will not use this clause to override a mandatory refund or consumer right.
